By joining this initiative, KEP Trust reaffirms its commitment to contributing to a more inclusive financial system and to supporting the economic empowerment of women entrepreneurs in Kosovo.<\/p>\n<p>Within this commitment, KEP Trust undertakes the following pledges:<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Leadership and institutional commitment<\/span><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Appointment of an institutional representative to coordinate and promote the implementation of the WE Finance Code, as well as the appointment of ambassadors to support women entrepreneurs in the institution\u2019s regional branches.<\/li>\n<li>Active participation in initiatives and processes within the financial sector that aim to advance women\u2019s access to finance.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperation with relevant institutions to develop practices and standards that support women-led businesses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Capacity development and institutional culture<\/span><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Promotion of gender equality through inclusive human resource policies and fair practices in employment and professional development.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation and promotion of gender equality standards within the institution, including equal pay, equal opportunities for advancement, and leadership development.<\/li>\n<li>Organization of staff training on gender equality and on supporting women entrepreneurs.<\/li>\n<li>Organization of activities and training for women clients aimed at strengthening their entrepreneurial capacities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Data, products, and support for women-led businesses<\/span><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Development and improvement of financial products and other services tailored to women-led businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Improvement of the collection and analysis of sex-disaggregated data to better understand clients\u2019 needs.<\/li>\n<li>Use of data and analysis to increase women\u2019s access to finance and support the growth of their businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Use of analytical tools and dashboards of the WE Finance Code to analyze gender-disaggregated data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Through these actions, KEP Trust aims to contribute to the creation of a more equal and inclusive financial ecosystem for women entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22012\" src=\"https:\/\/keptrust.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Women-in-business.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1536\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/keptrust.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Women-in-business.avif 1536w, https:\/\/keptrust.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Women-in-business-1013x675.avif 1013w, https:\/\/keptrust.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Women-in-business-648x432.avif 648w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1536px) 100vw, 1536px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The WE Finance Code is an international initiative aimed at increasing women\u2019s access to finance and supporting the development of women-led businesses by improving data, financial products, and institutional practices.
