The Agro Window provides guarantees to financial institutions to cover the risk for loans in the agro sector. The clients who can be guaranteed are MSMEs registered with the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK) or farmers who hold a Farmer Registration Certificate with a Farm Identification Number (NIF).
